Booking requests and confirmation

Submitting a website form is a request, not an automatic reservation. A booking is confirmed only when The Cave Zanzibar confirms the date, time, service, and any applicable conditions by email, telephone, or WhatsApp.

Published entry prices

The website currently lists US$15 for adults aged 14 and over, US$10 for children aged 5–13, and US$10 for eligible residents with valid identification. Include children under five and any special requirements in the request so the team can confirm the applicable arrangement. Food, activities, private events, equipment, and special arrangements may be priced separately.

Payment

The website does not process card payments. When a deposit or advance payment is required, the amount, due date, payment method, and applicable refund terms will be communicated directly before payment.

Changes and cancellations

Contact the team as early as possible to change or withdraw a request. An unconfirmed request can be withdrawn without a website cancellation fee. For a confirmed booking involving a deposit, catering, private use, or non-recoverable preparation costs, the written terms supplied with that booking apply.

Availability, natural conditions, and maintenance

Access can be affected by natural conditions, maintenance, private events, safety requirements, or operational circumstances. The team will confirm the current arrangement directly and will contact you when a confirmed booking needs to be changed.

Safety and conduct

Guests must follow staff instructions and posted safety rules. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult. Tell the team in advance about mobility needs, medical considerations, or special assistance requests.
